Ifetayo Cultural Arts, Inc. (“Ifetayo”)

When our donation form requests users to enter sensitive information,
such as a credit card number, we undertake to protect the information
with industry-standard SSL encryption technology. While on a
secure page, such as our donation and registration payment forms,
the “lock” icon on the bottom of a Web browser such
as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Safari will appear “locked.”
This indicates that any information submitted will be encrypted.
Sensitive information, such as a donor’s and parent’s
credit card number is used only for the specific transaction
between you and us and is deleted after use. Personal information,
such as your name, e-mail address, and telephone number is private
and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you

designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which
you provide the information. However, since no transmission

Ifetayo is committed to protecting the safety and privacy
of children. For that reason, we never collect or maintain
information at our Website from persons we actually know are
under 13 years of age without parent’s consent, and
no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under
13 without parent’s consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
we may collect online contact information from a child for
the purpose of responding directly on a one-time basis to
a specific request from the child, or where otherwise permitted
