Ifetayo Is One Of Four Finalist For The 2008 New York Times Company Non Profit
Excellence Awards

We are proud to announce that The New York Times Company has chosen Ifetayo
as one of four finalists for their second annual New York Times Company Nonprofit
Excellence Awards.
We are eligible for awards given in: Overall Excellence; Excellence in Communications;
and two additional awards to be designated by the program's Selection Committee.
The winners will be announced on June 24, and be honored at a special ceremony
and reception at TheTimesCenter, which will also feature a “Best Practices
Workshop” to share their winning management strategies with an invited
audience.
The Best Practices workshop will feature the executive director and
a board member from each finalist organization talking about organizational
strengths,
strategies and practices that helped propel them to the top. The workshop
is open to all nonprofit organizations. It will be followed by the Awards
Presentation and Reception.
This year's finalists include:
Community Health Action of Staten Island,
Harlem RBI, Inc.

The New York Times Company Nonprofit Excellence Awards is a project of The
New York Times Community Affairs Department, the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee
of New York (NPCC) and the New York Regional Association of Grantmakers (NYRAG).
