1) Register 24/7 at our Family Center.
2) Once your application submission is complete log-in and view the status
of your applications.
3) Come into the Ifetayo main office for your family interview
on September 13th or September 20th 2008 between
the hours of 12 noon - 5:00 p.m. No appointment necessary.

On-Site Registration
1) Join us and register at Ifetayo Main Office on Saturday’s, September
13th or September
20th 2008 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m.
on a first come first serve basis.
2) Complete registration form and select classes
3) Speak with one of our representatives about enrollment fees, options
and agreements
4) Sign up and get a temporary Ifetayo membership identification card and
take a photo for your official ID card.
5) Any incomplete registration applications will be processed on September
29, 2008 between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 pm. |

Scholarship Application Process
1. Complete the on-line form and submit supporting documents to the Ifetayo
Main Office at 629 A East 35th Street Brooklyn, NY 11203 by September
6, 2008.
2. Your file must be complete with financial aid application, program
application, copy of your most recent 1040 form or W-2 forms, and a copy
of your child’s
recent report card.
3. Let us know of any other programs you would consider
in case your first choice is not available.
DEADLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS is September
6, 2008. We strongly recommend submitting before the deadline.
All applicants will be notified
of the results on or before September 19, 2008.

Orientation
1) All enrolled children, youth, and parents attend an all programs orientation
on Friday, October 3, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ifetayo Main
Office. The Orientation is mandatory for all program participants
and will be a fun and interactive session for all to enjoy and learn about
all of Ifetayo’s Programs.

Important
Notes to Remember
1) The classes begin Saturday, October 4, 2008
2) Classes run from October 2008 to June 2009
3) There will be (3) three additional CAP rehearsals in June to prepare for
the end of year presentation*
4) The CAP students will perform in the end of year presentation on June
13, 2009 at the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts. (The date
is subject to change.)
*All extra CAP classes and rehearsals are included
in complete registration package
